Matte grey or matte black primer applied via airbrush, depending on availability.
Base size adapted to the miniature size (25mm for "Medium" miniatures, 51mm for "Large", 76mm for "Huge" and 102mm for "Gargantuan").
Every handmade product is subject to unwanted marks, scratches, or bumps, but rest assured: I will never ship a miniature that I would not use myself.

- My miniature arrived damaged, what should I do?
-> Take a photo of the outside of the package as well as the miniature. Send them to me via Etsy messaging, and we will find a solution together.
- I ordered the wrong miniature, can I exchange it?
-> Of course, if the miniature you purchased is in the same category as the one you originally wanted, a standard exchange is possible. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the mistake was mine. The new miniature will be sent once the returned one has been verified; you will not need to pay for the new shipment.
- I have an issue with my order, how can I resolve it?
-> Contact me via Etsy messaging; depending on the issue, I will offer you different solutions.
- I am a US buyer, will I have to pay extra customs fees?
-> No, I use the DDP method for shipments to the United States. This means customs duties are paid before shipping, so your package will arrive directly without you having to pay a single extra dollar.
