❓ Q&A 🟰
- My miniature arrived damaged, what should I do?
-> Take a photo of the outside of the package as well as the miniature. Send them to me via Etsy messaging, and we will find a solution to the problem together.
- I ordered the wrong miniature, can I exchange it?
-> Of course, if the miniature you purchased is in the same category as the one you originally wanted, a standard exchange can be made. However, return shipping is at your expense, unless the error was mine. The new miniature will be sent once the returned item has been verified; you will not need to pay for the new shipment.
- I have a problem with my order, what should I do to resolve it?
-> Contact me via Etsy messaging, and depending on the issue, I will offer you different solutions.
- I am a US buyer, will I have to pay extra customs fees?
-> No, I use the DDP method for shipping to the United States, which means customs fees are paid before shipping, so your package will arrive directly without you having to pay a single extra dollar.
