❓ QUESTIONS / ANSWERS 🟰
- My figurine arrived damaged, what should I do?
-> Take a photo of the outside of the package as well as the figurine. Send them to me via Etsy messaging, and we will find a solution to the problem together.
- I ordered the wrong figurine, can I change it?
-> Of course, if the figurine you purchased is in the same category as the one you originally wanted, a standard exchange can be made. The return is at your expense, however, unless the error is on my part. The new figurine will be sent once the returned figurine has been verified; you will not need to pay for the new shipment.
- I have a problem with my order, what should I do to resolve it?
-> Contact me via Etsy messaging; depending on the issue, I will offer you various solutions.
- I am a US buyer, will I have to pay additional customs fees?
-> No, I use the DDP method for delivery to the United States, which means that customs fees are paid before shipping, so your package will arrive directly without you having to pay a single extra dollar.
